While most high-performing athletes agree that psychological factors greatly influence training and racing outcomes, many still overlook technical aspects of mind-body training that can dramatically move the performance needle. At Mental Edge Racing, we help athletes become profoundly skilled at working with their own mind and body using techniques such as meditation training, breathwork training, nervous system modulation training, vagus nerve training, and body mindfulness. Athletes who work with us become highly skilled at understanding and working with their present-moment experiences of their physical sensations, emotions, thought patterns, 5-sense perceptions, and movement patterns.
